are you guys sticking to your goals? I was suppose to start the 30 day shred yesterday but I havent
tomorrow will be my first day, i promise...its so hard to have a routine when there are people over...
I am eating healthy so I'm sticking to one part lol

Been craving sweets (what else is new)...but I'm down another lb this week for a total of 26 since delivery. I think it's because Benjamin is going through some kind of growth spurt and has been feeding more the past few days. And I've been walking with him at least once a day for 20-30 mins. My next goal is to start lunges, squats, sit-ups, etc to get rid of this awful "mommy pouch".
