Seeing as I haven't been around much still. I miss y'all a ton. My life just isn't the same without my spending all my time on here, lol.
I thought at some point work would die down, but, it hasn't (I suppose that's a good thing though). In fact it's gotten busier. The spare time I do have is spent with M as he's been working a ton as well.
Since I don't have time to go back and read any posts I haven't been able to read and get caught up, I'm going to sum this up as quickly and as well as I can.
Karrey - You were most definately in my thoughts yesterday, I hope all went well and I hope you are feeling as well as you can be. I pray for a quick and healthy recovery for you!
Veruca, VRNK and another other Novembie who has managed to get KU and I haven't caught wind of it, CONGRATS! Sticky baby dust to you all and H&H 9 months!
Anyone else who needs vibes for any reason, you have all the ones I can send.
I hope my quick hello finds you all doing well and I hope to be back post-whoring it up soon!
Mucho love to you all and huge hugs!
Re: Guess I should say Hi too eh?
Hope things calm down for you soon!
How's the house search going?
MIL front is kosher for now, I've been avoiding her at all costs so things are okay at the moment. She actually brought my niece over the other night while M was at work for a quick hello so she could show me her first "big" boo-boo since I hadn't seen her for a week or so. She had tripped on a toy and fell and hit her head on the metal frame to the bed downstairs and cracked her forehead open. Poor girl, but at least she walked away with just butterfly stitches.
Anyway, the house hunting is going. We've been printing out the info on houses we are hoping stay on the market for a little while longer so we can go look at them. M won't be finished with this boat he's working on (I would say what he does exactly for his job, but I don't know if I'm allowed to post that stuff on a public forum) for another 2 weeks so right now we haven't had time to go OUT and look at any. Once he's finished this boat, we'll be good to go. He hasn't been able to ask for any time off because it's so close to the end, and he's a supervisor.
We definately aren't going to rush into anything though just because we want out, everyone keeps telling us we'll have that "This is it" moment when we walk into "the house" so, we'll see. I didn't have that moment with my wedding dress so I don't know if it will be any different for a house.
Yes, been thinking about you and M and MIL and the house hunting!...
Glad you stopped in to KUP!!! Miss ya!
hey! thanks for droppin in!
I didnt have a "this is it" moment with our house. It was between that one and a different one... It met all of our requirements, was less then what we wanted to spend and needs work done to it. I also didnt have a this is it moment with my dress either...
