I see that you're so close to your due date. How excited are you? How far will your OB let you go? Has she talked to you about induction at all? So happy for you and can't wait to meet/see the little one.
Re: Lola808
Thankfully she hasn't mentioned induction yet, but I'm sure she will if we don't deliver before our next scheduled appt, which is a day after our due date.
It's funny how every aunty/uncle/grandma/cousin is calling asking "is baby here yet?!" I'm trying not to feel pressured, but I'm excited that everyone is so ready. Hoping I'm ready, too!
Btw, I took your advice on DIY flower headbands. Got the bands at Macy's and then found some flowers at Ross. Wonder if we'll get to use them!
I know what you mean about the family calling. My FIL lived in a assisted care facility when I was preggy at at 38 weeks he had the nurses call me EVERYDAY to see if I had gone into labor. It was pretty funny.
I'm glad you got to DIY the headbands. They are super cute on etsy but yet so expensive. And at least you can customize it for what you want.

Ooh! You're getting close! Cannot wait to see your LO and hear how the birth goes...good luck mama!
Now, DIY headbands? I am coveted some on Etsy with flowers on them, but YIKES they're expensive! Do tell your secrets...Libby's 3 month pics are in late April and I want some cuteness (in addition to her cuteness, of course) to add to her shots.

I spent about $5 on a 5-pack of pastel colored stretchy, crocheted-type headbands at Macy's. Then I went to Ross' and found big cute flowers that were attached to wire headbands for $3 each. I detached the flowers and then sewed them onto the stretchy bands.
Here's someone on Etsy who sells the "parts": http://tinyurl.com/ykkkeks
I ended up making two flower headbands for $11 total in the color combos of my choosing. Super easy! And if we don't have a girl, they'll make cute gifts for our friends who are expecting one. Def try it for little Libby!
