Do fix an Easter basket for your hubby?
I was thinking about some fun little stuff.
Re: Do fix an Easter basket for your hubby?
Yup! I get small gifts, like a DVD, last year I gave him new flipflops (he needed them!), some of his favorite candy, sometimes cologne if he needs more, and he likes taking baths and soak, so I get him stress relief bath salts every year, nuts, fitness magazine--basically it's like a Christmas stocking, but in an Easter basket. :-)
I think DH is finally coming around to my style of Easter basket--his idea is a throwback to childhood--massive amounts of chocolate, and we don't need massive amounts of chocolate around the house while trying to be healthy.

Last year I did, just filled it with some candy and essentials that he needed like cologne, deodorant (lol), that type of stuff...
This year, we are in the process of buying a home so we are saving every dollar we can! So no basket this year
we're pretty secular in our ways and feel that an easter basket is kind of a waste of money. If we WERE "easter people" we wouldn't make it commercial with gifts, since it is fundamentally a religious holiday. Gifts are for birthdays (imo).
