Doesn't matter.  Probably "easy" is the key word.  :)

  • This one is really easy and so good. You need one bar of cream cheese, soy sauce, green onions or chives, and rice crackers (or any other kind of cracker). Optional ingredient is wasabi paste, if you like heat.

Cut the bar of cream cheese in half horizontally. Put a thin layer of wasabi paste on the bottom layer and then put the other layer back on top. Put them on the platter you will take to the party. Cover the cream cheese with soy sauce and top with chopped green onions or chives. Serve with rice crackers. It is SO addictive and easy. You can skip the wasabi part if you don't want it to be too hot.

  • Get a big rectangular crusty loaf of french bread.  Cut it in half, horizontally.  Sprinkle the inside with olive oil.  Spread basil pesto lightly on each half.  Add mozzarella cheese (I like to get the fresh kind and slice it thin), slice a tomato thin and add on top of the mozz and pesto.  Put the halves back together, and cut into skinny sandwiches.  Mmmm, so good!

This!!  Ana's salsa is the best.  (You can find it in the veggie section with the salsas at HEB).

Pigs in blankets are awesome if there is drinking involved.  You'd be surprised at how many girls will eat!!

We also make a brie bowl sometimes.  Its super easy.  Basically get a bread bowl, cut out the center to make a big bowl . . . put in minced garlic at the bottom of the bowl.  then slice the brie into cubes and put it in the bowl (dont put the skin in there).  Cook at ~325-350 deg, until the cheese melts (about 10 min or so).
For the bread you cut out, cut that into cubes, and pop into the oven for just a few minutes until it gets slightly crisp on the outside.  Stir the cheese just a little before serving.
