I just wanted to say that I love your bunnies, they are adorable!  Our 7yr old mini-lop is such a great companion.

Just needed to share the bunny-love!  The ad in your siggy is important, too.  It's terrible how many people buy a pet as a 'toy' and forget the responsibility.

Re: **mrs.moosie

  • Oh! Thank you so much! That is so sweet, and totally made my day.

I love finding other bunny lovers! It's so great because lots of people just don't understand how funny they are and how much personality they have. They're soooo much fun!

It is really heartbreaking that so many buns go to shelters once the novelty wears off. Along with dogs and cats, bunnies are among the top 3 animal abandoned in shelters. When we adopted our babies it was right after Easter and there were tons of little buns there. So sad.

What's your Bun's name? Do you have any pics? I bet he/she is a real cutie! =)

  • Agreed!  People are always surprised when they meet him because 1) He is loose around the apt, and litter-trained himself.  2) He's not afraid of them and 3) He has such a great personality.  He really loves to meet new people, and we call him the ladies man because I swear that he makes a beeline for all the women and flirts his fluffy little bottom off!

Our bun's name is 'Nilla, though we rarely call him that.  He responds mostly to "bunny" and "little guy."

As he grew up in close proximity with me (he first lived in an apt where my roomie didn't want him outside of my room, and since then I've made sure to give him access to the area where we spend most of our time), he is very clingy.  When I'm home, he is always following at my heels, and constantly checking on where everyone is.  I totally indulge this, because I have always felt guilty about not having another bunny around for him to play with.  DH calls him a spoiled momma's boy, and I will completely admit that he is.  Smile

I loved taking a peek at your furbabes in your blog!   So great to meet another bunny fan.

  • Oh my gosh! Look at those ears! And those paws! so fluffy and cute! He looks like such a sweetheart!

I love his coloring too! It looks similar to my Hef (with the grey and white) so adorable!

iIm glad to have "met" you and your awesome Bun!
