Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Another Work Question :)
Okay - my coworker suggested I ask you all this because she knows you're a good reality check for us 
We have a reception next week and will be honoring some of our top fundraisers (as well as other things at this event). Boss wants me to order a gift for the top fundraisers. We know that some of them are coming but not all have confirmed and there's only so much harrassing I can do to get an answer from them. If you were a top fundraiser, which would you prefer?
1.) A Plaque that you can hang on your wall (I'm hesitant about this because I don't think all of them have offices, and if you don't work in an office where in the world do you put it? In your bedroom?)
2.) A paperweight. (coolest gift ever, I know)
3.) A framed certificate. At least they can reuse the frame.
Something else...? The event is Tuesday so I don't have much time to figure this out! Thanks!

Newest idea from the office: a potted plant. I'm thinking I'd get terra cotta planters and paint them pink, tie them with a pretty pink raffia bow, and give with a note thanking them for their support.
I emailed my boss to see what she says. I think she'll veto the idea but I really like it!
I definitely like the plant idea. What did the boss say?
