yummy, no-sugar raw dessert
I have to share this recipe from my acupuncturist. It seriously tastes like brownies.
Ingredients
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder (preferably organic)
Directions
Blend nuts in food processor. Add dates, blend until the mixture sticks together. Add cocoa powder. Scoop into bite size pieces.
Serve raw. Keep refrigerated.

I bet if you rolled these in coconut you could pass them off as truffles.
