Wedding cards?

I figured the creative ladies on this board would have some good ideas... What did u do with all of your wedding cards? Ours are still in the lantern we used as a card box. I'd like to actually use the lantern. I hate to just toss the cards, but we are moving in a few weeks and it seems silly to move them. Any creative ideas?

Mine too - they're in a shoebox stuffed with other wedding keepsakes.

Keepsake box! Well mines more of a rubbermaid bin I have other stuff I saved in there....

Also another person that did nothing w/mine!

I made a card collage similar to this one.  Mine is more spaced out and obvs. has my cards in it.

I don't have any pictures of it yet though.  Hope you find a great idea!

I cut mine up and put them in the wedding album.  So the pretty fronts are out  to help decorate the page and the notes from our friends and family are showing.

We got numerous beautiful wedding cards and they were occupying a good amount of space. We could not throw them away, they contain a lot of sentimental value. Some of the cards were custom made by our friends and family. So what we did was we created a Scrapbook out of them. So,we can share it with our kids and loved ones just like an old photo album.

Right now ours are in a box with a bunch of other keepsakes. Once we move into our new house I plan to organize all of our wedding goodies and do something creative with them.

Or use them to decoupage onto anything cool.  Maybe a small lamp shade
