Which herbs in garden versus potted?
Which herbs do you usually plant in your garden versus plant in a pot? I have chives going in a pot, and I have another pot "open" for something else. Last year I put basil in it, but I don't think I will do that again since it didn't turn out so well. Any suggestions/guidelines/ideas for what herbs to plant in the garden versus pot? TIA

For some reason, my basil and oregano do wonderful outside, but terrible in pots.
Then again, I haven't been good at growing anything in pots lately.
