How bad was your weather yesterday?
Dh and I have a family dinner every Sunday, so we didn't have the tv on all day/evening. We all just sat down after dinner to watch a movie and all of a sudden hear a down pour of rain/hail. Then Dh's cousin's car alarm starts going off. A friend of ours that's lived here a while says it looks like tornado weather and sure enough there was a tornado warning.
Dh and I have never experienced this. Since living here there's been no tornado warning and we didn't have them in WV. We decided to prepare just in case, so we cleaned out our pantry and 1st floor bathroom since they're the only 2 rooms in the house without windows. We made sure there was enough room for all of us to squeeze together. Then we grabbed a bunch of flash lights for all the areas.
Thankfully, the weather calmed down after about 15 mintues and never picked back up, but it was quite an experience for us. So how bad was the weather in your area?

It rained all night, with a few downpours of rain and hail-enough that DH moved his car over in the garage so that I could actually pull the blazer in next to his "new toy." LOL
Even with that, he sat out in the garage with the garage door open watching it come down-he loves studying weather patterns and watching storms, so that's nothing unusual.
- I've been working out cleaning out our downstairs lately-DH's office, the kitchen and our "junk room" I just haven't gotten to the closet under the stairs yet-until yesterday evening when all that craziness started-now there's enough room in there for me, DH and the 3 pups. LOL
