I have a professional question for you. I do not know too much about early intervention services (though I probably should). But one of my DH's friends has a daughter who will be 2 in December who does not talk. All she does is grunts and points at things. I have seen her a few times and from what I can tell by observing her she has some receptive language, but no expressive language. I srongly feel that they should get their daugher evaluated soon. I am not sure how to go about brining this up to them and I relly don't know where to recommend they go. Should I tell them to just talk with their Dr. about it...or is there a better place to send them. Do you have any good online sites I could have them take a look at. Thanks.
