What's on your menu for Easter dinner?

We are making a honey baked ham. I am stuck on side dishes right now. I was thinking some kind of roll or biscuit, potatoes of some sort, fruit or jello salad, not sure on another vegtable..maybe green beans or carrots. For dessert a new york cheesecake topped with fruit.

Whats on you menu? Maybe it will help inspire me to be more creative with mine Smile

Re: What's on your menu for Easter dinner?

  • I just made an early Easter dinner yesterday for my MIL.  We had ham, hashbrown casserole, homemade applesauce, baked corn, cole slaw and homemade bread.  Dessert was chocolate chip cookies.
  • I just got the April issue of Cooking Light in the mail today and I'm thinking of making the Easter dinner from it... except there's only two of us this year and the menu serves 8 with tons of ham leftover.
  • We're doing a brunch this year since we go to early church service.

    We'll have:

Ham, deviled eggs, fried potatoes with peppers and onions, fruits and dip, spinach and bacon quiche, sausage and cheese wontons, green salad with craisins and goat cheese, some kind of dip with crostini, nutella French toast casserole, juices, tea, coffee and lemonade.

  • We're having ham, cheesy potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls, 7 layer salad and a pudding/layer cake thing for dessert.

For brunch with my family we're having Egg bake, sweet rolls, fruit salad and french toast bake.

  • I'm not hosting, but I like this for a menu:

    Ham

    Baked macaroni and cheese

    Scalloped potatoes

Green beans and baby carrots with butter and sprinkled with parsley

    Deviled eggs

    Pickle platter

    Rolls

Trifle or carrot cake for dessert

  • Honey baked Ham
Polish Sausage and Kraut (a tradition!)
    Bake Spinach and Gruyere Cheese
    Egg, Cheese, and Sausage Casserole
    Cider Glazed Carrots
    Haricot Verts with Tomatos
    Roasted Potatos
    Piergoi
    Tossed Salad and Deviled Eggs
    Rolls

Lamb Shaped Cake pound cake with berries
    Shaped Sugar Cookies
    Carrot Cake upcakes

  • Ham w/ raisin sauce

Mashed potatoes or cheesy potato casserole

    Scalloped Pineapple

    Green beans

    Rolls

    Deviled eggs

    Pie
