Birthday Ideas with Photos
Hi! My DH will be the big 4-0 soon and I'm still deciding what type of get together to have for him...but I had his Mom send me tons of pictures of him from baby-college age and I wanted to do something with them...but I don't know what. If I have a party I would have a projector with a loop of pictures of him set to music...but if not, any other ideas? Thanks, I'm at a loss!

Is he a sports fan? You can do a sports themed party. Take football (going off your DP). If you do a BBQ you can label areas of the yard - 'tailgating area', 'concession stands', etc. You can have some touch football being played, have the invites look like football tickets, ask everyone to come in football gear, etc.
For favors you can make 'trading cards' for him which could include a picture of him from when he played football back in the day (if applicable). Or you can photoshop his head on a professional football players body and then list "stats" as his accomplishments.
