Palm Pre vs. Blackberry 8530
I get to upgrade my phone this week! I'm trying to decide which phone to get and after a good bit of research and 'playing' with the phones at the store have narrowed it down to the Palm Pre and the Blackberry 8530. I'd love to get the opinions of these phones from folks who own or have experience with them.
A little more info: My carrier is Sprint. I do a lot of texting and use the internet (facebook, email, etc) via my phone a good deal during the day. While I dont use my phone primarily for business functions, the ability to do so is a nice extra.
If you own one of these phones or have experience with them, I'd love to hear your take! TIA!
Re: Palm Pre vs. Blackberry 8530
We just got the BB 8530 curve the other day. Having never had a PDA or smartphone before, we love it! We are surely addicted already to our crackberry's and after only a couple of days of use, found it fairly easy to use. They are also on sale - 2 for $50 after a mail-in rebate, can't beat that!
On my other forum, I asked about phones and someone's DH had the palm pre and does not like it, he's trading it in for the new HTC that's coming out in a few weeks.
