When you all say "soap & water"...

Which general soap do you use?

Re: When you all say "soap & water"...

  • Why am I saying soap and water? I'm just not sure if you are referring to a specific process! For most things, like handwashing or scrubbing counters, I use Dr. Bronner's. For handwashing dishes, I use some crappy wannabe EF dishsoap from Safeway. I was desperate (had forgotten to get any like 4 trips in a row), and being single and not cooking means a bottle lasts me foreeeeeever.

  • We put Dr. Bronner's + water in foaming pumps and use that in the bathrooms and kitchen. For dishes we get some EF, no-junk-added soap at a local market and dilute it.

  • We also use Dr. Bronners for hand washing and cleaning, I also use their baby mild to wash my Diva Cup.  For washing dishes we use Mrs. Myers in the Lemon Verbana scent.  It works great and a bottle last us awhile.

  • We currently have Method hand soap in the bathroom. I'm 'meh' about it. I'm not sure what I'm going to use next.

We use Ecover for washing dishes.
