where to travel with a baby
DH and I were trying to think of a vacation we can go for a week with DD. We are planning to travel in the summer so she will be around 9 months or older once we get on a flight.
For anyone who has traveled with their LO do you have any ideas of where to go?
We don't mind walking and we will prob be bringing our Bjorn so she doesn't have to go in a stroller all the time. I know we don't want to go to the Carribean, so I guess anywhere else LOL.
TIA
Re: where to travel with a baby
I guess it depends what you want to do: Go to cultural events? Do touristy things? Do outdoorsy stuff? Sit and relax?
Personally, I would rent a cottage (start looking ASAP if you do this or you will pay through the nose) in northern Ontario, the Maritimes or the East Coast of the US (the Carolinas, Maine etc.).
I'm heading to San Diego in a couple months... any advice/tips???? (we currently only have our flight booked)
As for vacation... my summer vacation consists of renting a beach house on the outerbanks (http://www.hatterasrealty.com/rental/house.html?ID=234). We love it!
I second Seattle, we did not have any kids at the time but I was pregnant with Rylan and we had a fantastic time, we walked all over the place!
