I somehow missed your post and it's a little buried now, so I wanted to page you and tell you how happy I am to hear that your incision is all healed!!! ?YAY!!!!!!!!! ?You must be so relieved. ?What a long recovery! ?Can you go swimming now?

Re: *Crissyboop*

  • Nope not yet, they said to stay away for a few monthes b/c it can reopen slightly(like a paper cut)...I can go in the ocean, but the thought just gives me the creeps ewwww!  I actually haven't seen the doctor and won't until early september, but they knew I'd be closed within weeks of my last appt so they gave me instructions...Rob actually was the one to discover it, when he was changing my dressing on Sat night, we are planning a closing ceremony to celebrate LMAO!  He's been soooo good and such a positive influence on me throughout this whole ordeal!  Always wanting(or at least acting like he wanted) to help with my changes.  So I did mornings after showers and he did nights b/c it's hard for me b/c I cannot even see the incision as it's under a ummmm flap of skin (blushes with embarassment)!  So he was pretty psyched to announce the news :-0  Howz Ben doing I just read about his accident!  Poor little guy!  That is a huge fear of mine!  I hope he is getting better and not too banged up!
