this is my first post on this board, but I have lurked here a bit, which made me decide to try out the diva cup. so far, I'm a big fan!
I found the measurement lines very interesting. I'm wondering if you all have paid attention to them, and how much you end up with during the course of AF. I thought I'd heard that 1 - 1 1/2 ounces during the whole week was normal. But on my heaviest day this month I emptied the thing 4 times for what had to be at least 3 ounces total. Sorry for all the details
TIA for sharing your own experiences...
Re: diva cup users...
LOL! If I went by the estimates on the DC website, I should be in the dang hospital! I am definately heavier than 'average'. I've seen this question asked before, and quite a few people have agreed that they exceed the 'normal' range.
HTH!

Exactly this for me as well.
I pay attention to how full it is when I empty. I have to empty every 3 hours on heavy days to ensure that it is only 2 oz. Anymore and it will spill when I try to remove it. That means I have to sleep with a backup for the first two nights which makes me sad
