DH and I will be visiting his grandparents for a few days this week. Any suggestions on fun things that he and I can do while there? We love good food (fancy or down home) and outdoor activities. No kids and we will have a car.
TIA for helping a fellow Nestie!

Re: Pendleton area
I don't know Pendleton well at all, but I do remember from when we were house hunting in the area that the 'main street' section of Pendleton had some cute looking little shops. It really is small town America, so there's probably not a ton of options, but I know many people have recommended the bakery there...so check that out! If you like to hike (the weather will be awesome) you could go up to Table Rock - I think it's a challenging hike, but I dont hike all that often either
I'm sure some of the other girls will have some good ideas. If you want to drive you can go into Greenville which has a great downtown area with lots of nice restaurants and a beautiful park (Falls Park).
Have fun!
i got married in pendleton!! the liberty hall inn (i think thats the name) was really good- we had our rehearsal dinner there!:)
