New Book: Diet for a Hot Planet
Civil Eats has a story and interview about Anna Lappe and her new book, Diet for a Hot Planet. Looks like it'll be a good read, a different approach than Michael Pollan. From the interview, it looks like she addresses the local vs. organic debate which seems to be a constant here.
