A woman had a false pregnancy, and somehow ended up with a failed induction and a c-section to only then find out she wasn't really pregnant. How this happens I have no idea...
Did they never do an ultrasound, use a doppler to check for the heart beat, check with a monitor during the induction? I am totally confused as to how this happens.
