Dine & Dash it's been a while

What have you and do you plan to eat today?

B - small cup of coffee
L - not sure yet. my appetite has sucked since the surgery
D - hmm...good question. I think I will stop and pick up something for some pasta salad
S - none that i know of.
A - im still too sore and low on energy to do anything just yet
B = Was supposed to be a shake, I tried something different and it came out barf worthy so I didn't drink it. I ended up having an apple (was supposed to be my early snack) and water.
L = A shake most likely.
D = No idea yet, I have to pull something out when I go home for lunch. It will probably be a meat of some sort with 2 vegetable sides.
Somewhere in there I'll have a 2nd snack, just don't know what yet, maybe a nana.
Activity = P90 - Sweat 1-2
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese, TJ's Very Green juice
S- lf plain kefir
L- not sure of "main" lunch yet, but will be having a spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, oil/vinegar. hmmm and maybe an apple
S- plain ff greek yogurt w/raspberries and walnuts
D- baked chicken and veggies
Activity- gym (45 min walking)
B- pancakes
S- coffee
L- Tuna Salad-the mayo & Easy Mac
D- chicken spagetti and chocolate pie!!!
A- Belly,Butt,& Thigh Boot Camp Video
Breakfast: Chocolate Cheerios w/skim milk, OJ
Snack: Banana, crackers
Lunch: PB&J on wholewheat, strawberries, Baked Cheetos
Snacks: Apple, Dannon Light & Fit yogurt, sugar cookies (Finally perfected my grandmother's recipe when I had energy on Sunday!)
Dinner: Pasta tuna casserole (it's basically a cold pasta salad with tuna, celery, cheese, and mayo), some fruit or veggie
Activity: It's supposed to be in the 70s today, so hopefully a walk with DH tonight.
Yesterday: I ate pretty well and finally let DH make me do arm exercises, squats, and lunges last night. That man turns into a drill sergeant!
B: normal eggbeater sammich with Canadian bacon
S-banana... granola bar-hungry today for some reason
L-spaghetti squash casserole with some Plain Greek yogurt, apple?, SF pudding
S2-carrots
D-quinoa with salsa and maybe some chicken or a boca burger
A: C25K-Week 6, day3-I think it's 25 min straight of running-ack!
yesterday-did strength/cardio... crapped out at the end---
