Condo Owners - Who's Your Management Company?
We're finding that our condo association has not had the best management company. If you like your property management company, please share their information. Likewise, if there is a company we should avoid, please give us a heads up. I'm on the Board and could use all the help I can get.

Our building uses CDH. I hate them.
I've never had a good property management company so I can't rec anyone.
I know this was posted a while ago, but I just saw it now.
We HAD Van Witz and there were TERRIBLE. Threats to cut of our gas and water were a monthly occurrence and once for 3 weeks our garbage wasn't pick up because the bill hadn't been paid in months.
Now we have RPM which is Royster Property Management. They are efficient, friendly, and hard working. I am no longer on the board but I still care about our association a great deal and I am happy our finances are in their hands. And no, I don't work for them.
