Subway!

I just got lunch from there and I saw that they are making breakfast now...

So I was wondering, would anyone go their for breakfast?

What is your fave sub from there?

  • I'm thinking about it. Not sure if I want breakfast from a sub place. However they say that it is less calories, only 150 for a light wheat english muffin with egg whites and cheese. as to 300 for an egg mcmuffin from MD.

    My fave is Turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and banana peppers with Lite Mayo and Lite Mustard. 

  • That would definetly not be the first place I would think of if I were to eat breakfast. But 150 calories for a breakfast sandwich is not that bad. I normally have the breakfast burrito from McDonalds and I would be afraid to see how many calories they have.

    I rarely eat from Subway but when I do I have the cold cut trio with provolone cheese on white bread. For toppings I add lettuce, pickles, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. I'm also a fan of the regular ham and cheese with some honey mustard sauce.

    Unfort. I don't go to subway that often but when i do go, i always get a chix breast on wheat bread (toasted) with swiss cheese, tomatoes, olives, green peppers, light mayo, salt and pepper :)

  • I love subway! Very diet-friendly. When I'm not on a diet I usually go for the tuna on honey-oat with lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, pickles, mustard, salt and pepper... But when I'm on a diet it's always turkey on wheat.

  • lol!!! I had subway for lunch today too, and also saw they were making breakfast!!! I thought it was weird!!! I never thought of subway as a place to make breakfast!!!

     I am not sure if I would have breakfast there considering it's a sub place but I guess it's worth a try...right?

    My fav sub is the tuna on italian herbs and cheese bread with toasted provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, onions, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil...yes I have horrible breath after eating this, but I love it!!!! =)

  • I wouldn't eat breakfast there, probably because even though it's only 150 calories, it's probably loaded with unhealthy ingredients and made in a microwave.  

    I can't eat subway and I miss it!  I can't have cold cuts on the diet I'm on because of the sodium and fat content.  I could have the tuna, but I'm really not a fan.  Oh what I would do to have a boars head turkey sandwich on white bread with mustard and mayo!
