Are you still renting??...instead of making your landlord rich you should take advantage of the $8000 first time homebuyers tax credit! It's free money and it ends April 30!! Talk to me....:)
Hey Nesties! I am a Realtor in Mt. Pleasant and need some business! I work as a buyers agent and assistant for an agent at Carolina One but really want clients of my own. My husband and I used the tax credit and it was amazing!
Sorry if this is a boring work post but I thought I would give it a shot!:)
Re: are you still renting?
That is not free money. A person with a 30 year mortgage for $150,000 will pay 173,757.28 just in INTEREST over the term of the loan.
Your "free" $8000 could cost someone $165,757.28
I have a plan, if anyone wants that free $8000, how about they just hand me the $173,757.28 and I'll hand them the $8000.
Yes, she is. While the $8K is an incentive to first-time buyers, it's not a benefit in the long run. The interest rates are ridiculous and you end up not even getting the $8K when it truly comes down to it.
Besides, you're a "newbie" with only 5 posts (I'm guessing to probably come on here and "sell" your business). That is definitely against the rules on the nest...no solicitation of any kind is allowed (especially when you're looking to make a profit off of it)!
Babydoll, look to the left. Status: Newbie. See where it says that? That means *gasp* you're a newbie! People aren't name calling. They are stating nest facts.
Okay, well I apologize for being rude but I hope you can understand where we're coming from and how it looks like you are only here to sell your business. With only 5 posts and the first one we've seen is to sell your business, it looks kind of odd. That said, we get pretty hyped up about that kind of stuff because people are always trying to "sell" things here and that's not what this is about.
And as pp said, you are a newbie. We all are (or were) at some point....gotta start somewhere! If you like cooking, you should venture over to WC (What's Cooking board). We have a great group of people over there and it's a very active board...you might like it!
