Best annuals for hanging baskets in full sun
We have a privacy fence around our backyard where I have multiple hooks for hanging baskets. In the past, I've used new guinea impatiens, impatiens, petunias, and begonias in my baskets. The baskets on the east and west side of the fence always do okay, but one side of the fence faces south, so those baskets get full sun all day. It has been too much sun for anything that I have planted so far... I've had to water them several times per day and rotate/move them to areas that get partial shade.
So, I'm wondering if there are any annuals that would work in a hanging basket that can survive and thrive in full sun?
