It was incredible. DH and I both felt like we really got away, and it didn't go by too quickly. I guess that means we did a lot of relaxing in one week! Perfect.

There's nothing wrong with a week full of relaxing at the beach, which means you got a nice tan, right???
a pretty good tan, although some of it might be left over from the pre-vacay spray tan we got!

Where did you stay in Jamaica? I have never been there and would like to go one of these days.
We've been twice, and will probably always go back. We stayed at Couples in Ocho Rios (it's called Couples Tower Isle). Two years ago we stayed at Couples Swept Away in Negril. We absolutely loved both.

I'm guessing these resorts are AI? Dh and I have never been to an AI resort before. I have read/heard that a lot of ppl love them. Are there any negatives about AI's?
Yes, Couples is an AI, and we'd never been either. We've never tried another one, although we may at some point. We decided on Couples (once we decided we wanted to do Negril on our first trip) because they only own 4 resorts and the more research we did we just felt more comfortable going with a smaller type company than one of the giants. Just personal preference. When you're researching, definitely make sure you know what is/isn't included. I guess some places don't include activities, or have different "levels" of AI. I refused to spend my vacay wearing a bracelet or carrying a keycard around so it was nice that everyone had everything included- I never touched my purse all week! I really wish we were scuba divers, because that was also included and from talking to the divers there, I guess that's not really common. The food was really awesome too.
