Gmail Help - How to display pictures in emails

I get alot of emails that are in HTML format.  When I select "Display images" they still aren't showing up.  Is there a setting I need to change?

In the "Settings" menu, it should open onto the General tab. Look for "External Content" (mine is the 4th down in the list). Make sure it's set to "Always display external content (such as images) sent by trusted senders." Then when you get an email, at the top of the message gmail will ask you if you want to always open the images from that sender. Select yes (assuming you know who sent it to you and it's not a virus) and then it should always open correctly.
