Easter lunch
We are having a very informal easter lunch with our friends, so its going to be 4 adults for lunch after easter mass.
I bought a 12 lbs turkey (smallest they had) and am doing those yummy cheddar potatoes.
Any ideas for a second side?

you can make
for dessert. im making them but with peanut butter and chocolate to make them browner (and yummier)
i was also thinking greenbean casserole. i make it with fresh greenbeans and extra mushrooms.
roasted asparagus, apricot glazed carrots, broccoli with cheese?

I have been perusing allrecipes for ideas for a few days...I am making the apricot carrots, roasted asparagus, mashed potatoes, spinach salad, ham, deviled eggs and dessert.
I wish we were having turkey...I already have a ham though...; (
