We have been stalking all the BRUs in CT for about 6 weeks now trying to purchase the rest of our nursery furniture. They are complete IDIOTS! Every time we go, we are told a different story about when the dressers will be in stock - and each time the date is pushed back more and more. The twins will be here in May and we'd really like to finish their furniture - thankfully we ordered cribs three months ago!! Never a straight answer out of them - we're thinking of going to a different furniture place altogether and just get dressers that match the wood - we've found them and they're almost an exact match. And they're $200 cheaper. Seriously - do they not know they are dealing with highly anxious, hormonal consumers???? Fine if you can't get the furniture in stock, but give us a straight answer. We've also had other things we wanted to get there and guess what - out of stock!!!!! I will NEVER register at BRU again - nothing has gone smoothly. Ugh!!!!!!!!!!

We got most of our furniture from BRU and registered there and never had a problem. I ordered our furniture online instead of through the store, not sure if that made a difference. Our crib arrived in 3 days (estimated 4-6 weeks). I'm sorry to hear you've had such a bad experience with them. I hope that your dressers come soon.
