Anyone want to take a hike with me?
What do you ladies think about an outdoors GTG? Nothing too strenuous, and we could do it with or without DHs...but I'd love to plan something! There are so many nice parks and trails that I haven't seen yet.

Definitely! Great idea. I love going hiking at Paris Mountain, and haven't tried anywhere else around here yet.
Lauren, do you have any good suggestions? I only know Table Rock
When are you girls free? I could do April 17, 18, 25, or sometime near the end of May (22, 23, 29, 30)
I know of several fantastic hikes but they're all a little far away. Let me do some research and calculate some miles from Greenville and Seneca
And I'm free almost whenever. I can certainly work around any dates mentioned.
Hey ladies!
I am "somewhat" new to the area and just realized that the Nest has this area! Just an FYI, my husband and I just went to Ceasar's Head and hiked about 6 hours last weekend. The place is absolutely gorgeous. We had originally planned to go to DuPont State Park (I believe that is what it is called) and ended up coming across Ceasar's Head first. They have a bunch of different trails and gorgeous sights. Highly recommended
Fun! How about planning for Saturday May 15, location TBA (Paris Mountains sounds nice!). I could also do most Sundays, if people prefer a Sunday (April 25)?

I am new to this board but my husband and I live in Charleston, SC and got married March 14th 2010! We love doing anything outdoors...we recently hiked in Asheville, NC on Mt. Piscah which was beautiful! If ya'll are planning something we would be up to joining...even though this is sorta spontanious because I just started talking on this board today!
