Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I think some of you girls have done this DVD. I've been trying to do Level 1 every day- finally feel like I can handle Level 1 at least. My question is, how often did you do it? I know that you aren't supposed to do strength training every day, so I'm not sure if I should be doing this every day, or alternating, or something like that...

I did do it everyday for about 10 days, then every other day, then further and further apart.
But, (I may be wrong) I think it's fine to do everyday, since it's not strictly hardcore strength training (as much as it feels like it, lol!) and combines some good cardio as well.
If I'm wrong, someone let me know! I really am under the impression it's fine everyday of 30 days. After that, I don't know.
