I knew I had gained quite a bit of weight and you could really see it in my face, but I didn't know HOW bad I looked until I saw this picture of me today
And yes, I actually cried when I saw it. I can't believe how gigantic I look It's going to take forever to get back to pre-pregnancy size!
Re: Wow. I'm HUGE. :(
Oooooh my ex husband used to say that. LOL.
Thanks, girls...I just feel kinda down because it's officially TOO hard to breathe, walk, do almost anything...and then seeing pictures of my fat mug made me sorta depressed.
(but I love my dress...$40 Liz Lange I got for $7, woohoo!)
Only 41 days until your due date!! You've got to be excited about that!
Sorry to hear about all the issues you're having with walking and breathing.. How is sleeping going?? Do you sleep on your side or are you propped up somehow or what?
You're fabulous darling....and your dress is so fancy!!!!!
Ya know...I always thought you looked like some celebrity but I couldn't put my finger on who. TERI HATCHER...thats it and that's not a bad thing
Sleep is almost non-existant now. If I lay on my left side (what is recommended for "best blood flow), Zach goes crazy and won't let me sleep. If I lie on my back my arms and legs fall asleep due to poor blood flow. If I lie on my right side, I just flat out CAN'T sleep...it hurts so much for some reason. So I actually just sort of roll around all night and sleep in 30 minute naps.
Last week I told my OB that I've been getting really dizzy. I'll be okay and then suddenly everything goes sideways. He said that one problem with MTHFR (because of the blood clots and heart attack risk) is heart mumurs...and he thinks that I have one. He said if the dizzy spells do not stop he wants me to see a cardiologist and go on beta blockers...UGH! Just another issue that I have to deal with.
Zach is probably over 6 pounds now (he was 5 pounds 3 weeks ago), so I'm going to start asking what we can do to have a possible early induction. It's really getting hard to get around now. I mean...you can SEE how big I am And I huff and puff walking from my car to my desk!
I DID have a fancy dress, didn't I? Hehehe.
Yeah, I've been told I look like Teri Hatcher and sometimes Kelly McGillis (the girl from Top Gun). When I worked in a video store my coworkers would a VHS tape with her pic on it and it looked 100% like me...it was spooky!
Oh no!! How do you even function on so little sleep? And here I complain if I get up to pee 3 times a night! I guess I don't have it so bad. And right now I love it when I feel Baby A. move around, so I try to purposely position myself in bed so that she kicks a little so I know she's OK! ha ha!! I'm guessing when she gets bigger, I won't be doing that.
I hope all goes well with the heart stuff.. I sure hope it's nothing serious. How often are you having dizzy spells?
You would think you would be able to be induced a little sooner than your due date with the problems you've been having. Sounds like he's at a nice healthy weight already!
Aww, I think you look adorable!
That said, I can relate. I gained almost 70 with Angelica and I still have 25 to go
Yes, you are very pregnant! :-)
I know you don't feel it, but you look GREAT! You and the Hubs look so happy! :-)
It'll be over before you know it.
