As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I guess I spoke too soon

I posted the other day that no poo wasn't going too well...all of a sudden, its like it clicked. My hair feels AMAZING! Its so silky and it feels so much fuller and healthier! I have very fine hair and I can even get it to hold a curl now - something I've never been able to do. WOW!

I guess it would be more accurate to say it took about a week and a half becuase the first week and a half was fine - then it got yucky and by the time it cleared up again I was just over 3 weeks into it. In hindsight, it wasn't so bad, but at the time I was tempted to give up a time or two and I felt like I wasn't doing it right.
