As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just saw on the main page of the rebate site that they're only taking waitlist applications now.  I wasn't sure if you'd seen it, if you're just refreshing the application page!

(Of course, you may still want to get on the waitlist--I wouldn't be surprised if lots of waitlisters end up getting in on the rebates.)

  • Yah, I saw that. SIGH. I'm still going to try to get on the waitlist. There's probably going to be people, like Fly said, that don't follow through. Also, the reserved rebate for each person is for the maximum amount, and I'm sure not everyone will buy the most expensive product (and therefore not get the most expensive rebate).

    I need a water heater, so it can't hurt to get on the waiting list!
