I am two days past my closing date and my loan has still not funded. The lender keeps coming up with random paperwork they still need which they should already have. I just want this to be over.

I'm so sorry!
We went two weeks past our closing date and had to resign half of the paperwork at our closing. Our mortgage broker and the escrow person apologized to us profusely and we ended receiving back quite a bit at the end out of the escrow account.

The lender was supposed to fund yesterday then I get a call from my broker saying they want original signatures on a document they already had. So he had to drive to my work and hand deliver them. They told him that once they had that they could fund.
Then escrow gets a call from the funder at 3:30pm that something is still missing but they don't know what yet so they didn't fund it. Serious! what kind of an answer is that. Supposedly escrow is supposed to get another conditions list. My nerves are at the breaking point.
Can they deny my loan at this point? I just think someone messed up at the lender and they are doing everything not to fund the loan.
Yikes! I hope this does not happen. I have to be moved out of the house I am currently in by Sunday at 5pm. So if the loan doesn't get funded and I don't get my keys by tomorrow I am sleeping on my moms couch.
