New House!!?
DH and I are going to go look at about 5 or 6 houses here in town on Friday. I am excited! But I am also really nervous and a little sad to leave our first place if we find one we like.
The main reason we are looking is for another bedroom, and a larger living room. We have an awesome remodeled kitchen, but the rest of the house is pretty cramped. Wish us luck that we find something perfect on Friday!
There is one that I am really pushing for, totally remodeled from top to bottom, 3 BRs and 2 full baths, but the outside is a little cruddy and there is no dining room. Luckily the kitchen is big enough for an eat in area. And FIL LOVES landscaping so he could help us outside. I really love the house, but DH isn't totally sold, although neither of us have been inside yet. Hope it's a winner, the pictures look really good so far!
Anyway, just wanted to share the news, I am loving the idea of being able to decorate a whole new place!

for real, my "grass" is actually just a ton of weeds, there's no real grass at my house, we just mow the weeds every week

Good luck with the hunting! The remodeled one sounds fantastic and landscaping isn't that hard...I think, I dunno for sure, but they make it look so easy on HGTV. Bring pictures of your favorites and of course the not so awesome.

I'm jealous of the house-hunting too- we just bought last year, but ended up buying the first place we looked at. It was the perfect house in a great location for an amazing price, and we couldn't pass it up. I want to look at more though! We're going to a bunch of open houses in our neighborhood this spring for the heck of it, just to get the house hunting thrill
We are not financially ready to buy yet either (plus we're moving cross-country soon), but I am an agent if anyone needs any advice!
