Ok so went onto the CFl Knottie board b.c I had nothing better to do and noticed a few popular posts.

So upon reading come to find out Star and her husband were in a bad car accident last week due to the storm.  http://www.wftv.com/news/17262849/detail.html

Shes been released from they hospital but her husband is still in ICU.

I know there has been a lot of drama with the mention of her -  but to be only married for 6 months and have this happen is horrible. I thought it would be nice to let everyone know the situation and if anyone wanted to include her husband in your prayers.

Drama or no drama, I hope they get better soon. Things like this put a lot of things in perspective. It is so sad that people waste a lot of time and energy on things that really don't matter. And/or they stir up trouble just for fun . . . it is kinda sad.

Again, I hope they get better.

My thoughts and prayers are with her and her husband. This is horrible. That is the exit I take to get home and it can be a dangerous area. If you speak to her, tell her I send my prayers!

Oh my gosh.  I passed by this Friday morning and it looked horrible.  I hope her husband gets better.

I'm glad you posted this. I had heard the news too, but was hesitant to post it because of all the drama. I can't believe it happened - that is SO hard... I can't even imagine. They are definitely in my prayers.

I just read on the CFL knot board that they put Roger in surgery this morning for his broken leg, so my guess that he is doing a little bit better or they wouldn't have proceeded on with fixing his broken leg.

Also, if anyone wants to send a card to the family there is a post on the CFL knot board with an address of one of the girls that is collecting cards for them.

Hey Ladies,

I just wanted to update you the best I could. The last update I got was that they were taking Roger into surgrey for his broken femur yesterday. They have also taken him off of sedation medicine. He is responding to touch on both sides and on the bottoms of his feet which are huge things. Also he is swallowing and not having a gag reflex which is also very big. It seems that everyday is getting a little better but the journey is far from over.?

I know Star appericates all the well wishes and prayers.?
