  • 1 c. borax

    1 c. washing soda

    1/2 c. oxyclean

1 bar of soap ground up in the food processor.

I usually make about a triple batch of that.  I store it in an old oxyclean container.  I use about 2T. per load.  Right now I am using up old hotel soap (it is easier to grind up the old dried up soap IMO) then I will probably buy some Ivory or maybe Dr. Bronners.

This, but I use Fels-Naptha soap.  They don't sell it in the stores here in RI, but I ordered it through our local hardware store.  Very easy and affordable to make.
