Anyone done Hip Hop Abs?
Just wondering if anyone has done this video before? I think I remember Katy talking about it. It seems with drinking good beer, has given me a little bit of a beer belly =( And I need to help tone it up a bit. Any feedback would be great, thanks ladies!

I took dance for years and I f'ing hated it! I think I did it maybe twice and now it's sitting in the spare closet.
As far as workout videos go his voice gets pretty insanely annoying.
