    Have you done any changes to your diet? We have cut out almost all processed foods w/ the exception of bread and whole grain pastas w/in our home.

    What exercises/activities are you doing? I have a personal trainer that I work with 2-3 times per week for 1.5 hr sessions. Cardio & full body circuits.

    Any weight loss to report? I haven't weighed/measured in over 2 months so IDK.

    What exercise do you absolutely hate? Push ups

    Have you been sticking to your diet/exercises routines? Yes, very well actually, until midterms & finals weeks roll around. It is VERY hard to 'behave" with all the stress and crazy sleep/studying that is going on.

    Do you exercise in the morning or at night? Evening, no earlier than 5:30, and starting no later than 7:30.

    What food is your biggest downfall? Depends on the day! Today, french fries, they smelled so good in the cafeteria. Thankfully, I resisted.

    What would motivate you to get moving? Just health in general, nothing specific.

    What exercises/activities are you doing? walking the dogs everynight, Zumba classes....

    Any weight loss to report? 2.5 pounds....yay....

    What exercise do you absolutely hate?  LUNGES!!!!

    Have you been sticking to your diet/exercises routines? trying to watch what I eat

    Do you exercise in the morning or at night?usually at night but I'm going to try the mornings starting this weekend

    What food is your biggest downfall? mostly bread and pasta....

    What would motivate you to get moving? special events and the fact that summer is just around the corner.....

  • Have you done any changes to your diet? Yes a complete overhaul! I am counting calories and making healthy choices vs pigging out on anything and everything I want

    What exercises/activities are you doing? Mostly cardio, I'm going to start lifting weights soon as well. I do 30 minutes on the treadmill and 15 on high intensity weight loss on the bike 5 times a week

    Any weight loss to report? 27.2 pounds as of today! (I started December 28th)

    What exercise do you absolutely hate? The bike! It's so hard but what kills me only makes me thinner right? :P

    Have you been sticking to your diet/exercises routines? Yes.. I had a few lapses here and there but I'm pretty good at sticking to it

    Do you exercise in the morning or at night? in the afternoon when DH gets home from work to watch DS so anywhere between 3-4:40pm

    What food is your biggest downfall? Chocolate/cake/cookies anything sweet

    What would motivate you to get moving? My pre-pregnancy clothes, I want them to fit again
