As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: No more physio and I get to play
YEAH. Was at physio for the last time today. I'm cleared to play hockey this weekend (4 weeks after my injury). Sorry, I'm very excited - its our Provincial Championships this weekend!

Thanks ladies.... so far so good... I've played in one game and the arm felt good. And most importantly, we won 5-0!
