This is just a bad day...
Just found out they need me to work tomorrow. Freakin tax season! Only 6 more days and then I can relax...
Welllllp there goes my weekend, since Sunday will no doubt be consumed with homework. 
What's everyone else doing this weekend? Anyone going to the BBQ festival in Scottsdale?

In Ohio...I have 3 photo shoots (2 were canceled...boo) and inbetween we're packing, organizing and playing at the park...with a little BBQ'ing mixed in there
I think it's a bad day for a lot of people. Not me today but it's still early. We are not doing much, we just made some shopping plans! Havent been shopping in awhile and JCP is having a sale. Otherwise, it's a laid back weekend.

We are going to the BBQ Festival tomorrow after DH gets out of work. I'm really excited! lol I LOVE BBQ food! MMMMMMMM
Oh you have to tell me how it is! How much were your tickets? I saw an advertisement that said tickets for sale $10-150!!!

Well, tomorrow is my brithday so we are having a family kind of party since i am turning 25 and my mom is getting sentimental that her baby is all grown up and getting married... lol then on sunday i plan on doing nothing but recovering from Sat
And even better i had a half day at work today!
We haven't gotten them yet but on their website it says the standard tickets are $10. I will def. tell you how it is! I can't wait!
I'm envisioning like a Food Network type competition, and to me that seems awesome. Do you know if the ticket price includes food or is it just your admission?

It is a competition. The tickets are like 10 to get in I think, and then you can buy food sample tickets. Each sample is like $2 or something like that... There will be some vendors there selling food, but the big shots are more for competition... But they end up having extras for th spectators to watch..
We considered going, but are just going to hang out around here this weekend. It's been a while since we've had nothing to do, so I am just going to enjoy it!
Your poor H, you should be extra nice to him these last 6 days. The accountants in my office have been working til 8-9 at night - even Sundays - for weeks. We have the 16th off to recover, does your H too?

He has the 16th and the whole next week off to recover. He has been working 7a-8p at least 6 days a week for the past 2 months. I do feel bad for him but when he starts using all that comp time I wont feel bad...I will be jealous!!

Sorry you had a bad day! Mine was very busy with an unhappy drs office (we expected it) so mine wasn't the greatest either.
Tomorrow I am going to see Glenn Beck in Glendale and H is working. Sunday I plan to catch up on housework and do a little shopping.

My DH just found out today he has to work all day tomorrow too. He's a little cranky about it as well.
We don't really have much on the agenda for this weekend. Tomorrow is one of my coworker/friend's daughter's prom, so i'm going to do her makeup for her. I love makeup, and all that fun stuff, but I'm a little nervous about doing someone elses makeup. I can manage my own (most days!) but that's a lot of pressure!
Sunday will be grocery shopping & church. That's about it. I'm still recovering from my stupid broken toe, so I'm not up for being on my feet much. Just walking on my breaks today caused my foot to swell up. Good times.
