Amish bread

Duck's step mom gave us the basic yeast combination to make Amish bread.  It was a 10 day process to get it ready, but totally worth it.  We are making a secondary batch of the yeast formula and wanted to know if anyone was interested in doing it because we'd be more than happy to pass on the extra formula.

i've got some starters in my freezer i was thinking about getting rid of it you want it. i'm north. send me an email jhillenmeyer at gmail if you're interested

ETA: or if anyone else wants some, i've got 2 or 3 starters i can get rid of.

I have a PDF with a whole bunch of variations on the original recipe.  Pretty sure we've loved every one of them so far.  I can email it to whomever is interested.
