My Final Weight Loss Meeting
Last night was our final official meeting. So, after 12 weeks I lost 10 inches overall - 5 of those just from my waist!! Woot woot! I didn't lose a significant amount of actual lbs., but inches is WAY more important to me.

People pay way too much attention to the # of lbs rather than how they feel, how toned they are, and how their clothes fit. Congrats on feeling more fit and losing those inches! Those are great results!
