Party for my DH!!! NEED IDEAS!!!

I want to have a party for my husbands 25th b-day!!! Who should I think about inviting and any Menu Ideas and I will be inviting kids what kind of things should I have for the kids to do soo that its an awasome bash...Its in august!!!

What does your DH like?  I'd start there.  August lends itself to things like pool parties, cookouts, etc, so that might be a good place to start.  Check with him on the kids thing and who to invite.  He might want an adults-only evening deal, maybe just family, maybe just friends.

Invite his friends, co workers he really likes, family, neighbors...anyone HE would want there.  In August, I would do it outside if you have a yard.  Borrow or buy yard games: horseshoes, bocci ball, croquet, volleyball, etc. 

My friends, family etc always get into a games tournament at these events. If your H is like this...make it the theme.  Pick teams, choose funny team names have some silly prizes for the winners-

Food can be simple- if you want to BBQ do that, if not deli works, as does crockpots of meatballs, roast beef, various salads, and a cake. 

The whole decor can be sports.

Start with what HE likes though...and go from there.

Outdoor is a great idea!  For BBQ, kids like burgers and dogs and you can do something a little fancier like fish or steak or kabobs for adults if you want.  I had an outdoor part for my DH and we just got fried chicken from our grocery store.  I was super easy, you can pay for it when you order then have anyone pick it up for you.  Same goes with deli trays.

This sounds like a lot of fun.  If your DH is into games, you could make it a big tournament of picnic games.  Have teams made up of kids and adults.  GL!
