Biotech field?

Just as we're about to start construction on our dream home, my husband loses his job, financing falls through and now we're stuck! My husband is a chemist with 10 years experience, if anyone is in  the biotech field and is willing to submit his resume to HR I would be super appreciative!

My house plans as well as my baby plans are on hold till he can find something :(

Please cross your fingers for us!

Re: Biotech field?

  • So sorry for your misfortune.  There are actually a couple of biotech HR ladies on this board, so hopefully they'll get in touch with you.  Best of luck.
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

  • There is alot in Framingham/Cabridge etc. CBSET, Genzyme, Toxicon etc. try looking into those. And if he gets a job, hook me up! I work in Biotech as well and am losing my job in June. Ain't it fun?

  • Thanks guys. We actually got very lucky and he received an offer yesterday. It's not ideal but he's going to take it and keep looking for something better in the meantime. It helped he sent out his resume to more than 20 companies as soon as he heard the rumor he was getting laid off!
