I'm new to gardening. I haven't been using the traditional zones since I'm in southern California and we have so many micro-climates. I follow Sunset's zones for my area (I'm in Sunset zone 20). Any idea what traditional zone I would be in? I am in the hills in L.A, but nowhere near snow. I don't think we ever have frost.

Re: ? about Zones
Looking at the Sunset description and the USDA description, I'd say you might be in USDA Zone 9a-9b.
Here's the USDA Southwest Map I found.
