What is wrong with my Indian Hawthorne? (PIP)
Hi ladies,
I am extremely new to gardening and just planted my first bed. When we bought the hawthone's they were healthy, blooming and looked good. Then a few days after planting they began to droop. We had help with the soil/ferlitilizing so it's not that. Please excuse the rocks and no mulch (we're getting there). The nursery said to soak them until they were well established, well now they have droopy leaves and the flowers have shriveled up and we have spotty red leaves on them now. Is this from overwatering? Not watering enough? Any insight would be appreciated. TIA.

It is a water issue.
Describe how you water them: frequency & duration.
